Common questions
What counts as a "host"?
Any server, VM, EC2 instance, or Kubernetes cluster where you install the Tracegrid agent. One K8s cluster counts as one host regardless of how many nodes it has.
What happens when my free trial ends?
Your agent stops sending alerts and your account is paused. Your data is retained for 30 days. Upgrade any time to resume.
Which AI provider does Tracegrid use?
You choose — Groq, Google Gemini, or Anthropic Claude. Bring your own API key or use Tracegrid's shared key on paid plans.
Does the agent store my logs or metrics?
The agent ships anomaly summaries and the last 30 lines of logs from crashed containers only. We never store full log streams. Data is retained for your plan's history period then deleted.
