Production kept breaking. The alerts said something was wrong — they never said why. Fixing an incident meant one to two hours of reading logs, Googling errors, and guessing.
We are not the only ones who felt this. Every startup running Kubernetes goes through the same thing. The senior engineers who know why these things break charge $150–300/hour. The rest of us Google it at 3am.
So we built the thing that knows.
What we made
Tracegrid now has 400+ documented failure patterns from real production incidents. When something breaks, it knows which of those patterns it matches. It tells you in plain English. It gives you the exact command.
